Vrudhi BBB -One of the special products of Vrudhi, I love the comfort of convenience + health - this is a healthy fast food for those lazy days.
I add lot of fresh vegetables- (if I am lazy, frozen vegetables)
Ita hard for my husband to like anything ‘healthy’ especially Millets . Every time I make BBB, my husband shouts at me - saying these are watery/ not good/ its millets- you name it - that complaint is there. I pay deaf ear. Every single time, after eating a few mouthfuls of this, he tells me how tasty they are ! Again, the next time I make this, complaint cycle started.
The last time I made it, he himself told me to buy a few more packets and keep them in stock !
A healthy food is hard to be liked by people who complain about it !
I fell in love with it for its taste - fast food that is healthy and tasty ! Cant beat that.
I add a lot of tomatoes 🍅 because we need more sourness and also 3/4 tsp of sambar powder, per our family’s liking and It tasted even better at night.
It is very easy to cook, eases few of the toughest mornings ! Juggling for cooking and then go for work soon….. on top of that healthy ingredients which makes it comfortable to consume !

We always have a minimum 4-5 packets of BBB in our fridge. We also carry them with us when we go to Europe. It is everything, comfort food, healthy food & very tasty. We add some vegetables and of course add cow ghee. No need to add any other masala. One a week it is our dinner.
