  • If a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email at the earliest.
  • When in stock, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Your order will be fulfilled by the date mentioned in the Dispatch Confirmation Email, or within 14 days, unless under exceptional circumstances.

Tentative Delivery Dates

  • Delivery dates shown at checkout are tentative and depend on third-party courier partners.
  • Delays may occur during peak demand, weather disruptions, or courier service interruptions.

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or festive days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Please use these details to monitor your order’s delivery status.

OTP-Based Deliveries

  • Deliveries are completed only upon OTP confirmation.
  • Please do not share your OTP with the delivery agent unless you have physically received the order.
  • We are not responsible for loss or misuse of packages if the OTP is shared prematurely.
